Old and poorly managed. All they care about is getting your rent money and being left alone. You have to really stay on them about getting anything fixed...and when they do fix it,they do a crappy job. We basically had to drive them crazy to come and fix the carpet from a flood that was the result of someone toilet tank exploding above us. My apartment smelled like a sewer for two days! Parking is very first come, first serve...there are many times when I have to park at a different apartment building so that I can get to my own apartment building. Noise level is minimal...college kids have parties there, but their strangely very considerate about noise level. They need to do something about the sticker problem that they have going on with the grass...even when I walk on the sidewalks, I still get stickers all over my shoes and pants...grrr. Their apartment managers are liars and should be replaced with more competent individuals.
