Sure the buildings are older than Legacy or Oxford Oaks, but at least takes care of the place.
I constantly see maitenance taking care of the grounds and have had no trouble getting them to fix any problems.
My stove broke and within three hours of reporting the problem to the staff, it was fixed.
When I moved into the apartment everything was very clean, new paint nad carpet.
Parking has not been a problem at all.
Very quiet at night, a mix of people live here, not just college students.
The place is also nice because it is so close to UCO without having to cross 2nd Street and a stoplight entrance makes getting in and out very easy.
Sure their are nice or newer apartments in Edmond, but for ovreall bang for the buck, Kickingbird is great!
