I think most of the people leaving these comments are used to a higher standard of living. Maintenance in EVERY apartment complex I've ever lived in is slow, and takes a little bitching to get them moving. Yeah, I had a problem with them not putting doors in front of the washer and dryer in my place, but they put in brand new carpet, the place doesn't have rotting wood, or poor foudation. This is the second nicest apartment I've ever lived in. It's an apartment people, not a hotel. Management isn't going to cater to your every need. They have alot of tenants. It's a decent place to live as far as apartments go.
