Update March 28th, 2007: Get this, the rent is going up to 595 a month. Not that we planned on renewing our lease anyway, but that's ridiculous!


We've lived in these apartments about a month and we've already had soooo many problems. our garbage disposal didn't work for 2 weeks, which caused our dishwasher to not work. finally we got someone out there to fix it! but we have more problems than that. all the appliances are extremely old, probably older than the manager and assistant manager COMBINED. only two burners on our stove work, and they only work when they feel like it. the master bedroom doesn't heat very well, the water takes forever to get hot, and when you finally get a shower going good, you're standing in 6 inches of hot water! this place is sooo not worth the $545 a month rent.
