I lived in Kickingbird Apartments for 2 years while I was working on my degree at UCO.

I liked the fact that it was so close to campus and I could walk to school if necessary.

The staff was very friendly and prompt to solve whatever problems I had, though the quality of the work done left much to be desired.

For example, the ceiling in my living room collapsed due to a leak in the roof.

The management took good care of me, putting me up in a hotel and compensating me for any damaged property, and the leak and my ceiling were repaired, but the patch in the ceiling is very evident.

The work that they did wasn't very pretty, but it functions fine and I haven't had a leak problem since.

They spray for bugs routinely, no problems with mice at all.

Parking was never a problem.

Only real complaint would be that the laundry facilities are small and some of the machines aren't functional.

Apart from all of that, it was very peaceful to live here, and I would recommend it to any of the college students in the area.
