The location is convenient.

The staff is curteous & helpful.

Older apartments, but any issues I had with appliances or fixtures was taken care of adequately & quickly.

No noise or safety problems.

Other tenants have been polite/friendly.

Pool, tennis court, basketball court, laundry facilities are all adequate.

Definitely a good rental value.
