Decent but I have lived in better

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
Maintenance calls are taking care of within a couple of days.
Apartment size is very small and frustrating b/c you are so space locked.
Swimming pool could use some repair.
No fitness center or similar amenties.
The hot water takes FOREVER to get hot. They staff at KBH recommended me to turn on the bathtub and let it run for a minute to get hot water in the kitchen and for laudry, which is kind of a pain
