I have lived in these apts for five years and have not had much if any trouble. I do live in a one bedroom, but the small size is to be expected. The one thing that I do have to complain about is the rent. When I first moved in it was $345., now it is up to $420., and now we have to pay for our water too. I wouldn't mind this so much if I was paying for my own, but they are apparently too cheap to have a meter put on my own water heater or however they do it and I am stuck paying for everyone using my water heater.
