slow maintenance

It takes forever to get someone to come fix something. One time i had to wait 2 weeks and no one showed up, so i called and left a message, no one called back, so i called again and complained then finally got my request fixed. Maintenance guys are very nice but slow, or management is slow to give them requests. Besides that everything is good, very little apartment, but nice and not alot of noise, it is well lit at times, until the lights burn out and then it takes awhile for maintenance to get it "glowing" again.
