I've lived in the same apartment for almost two years. It's better than most of the places I've lived before. Expect some noise if you're on the first floor and try to walk lightly if you're on the second. The complex is somewhat hidden on a dead-end street, which is a plus from a safety and traffic-noise standpoint. Also, there are plenty of trees and topography, which I enjoy. Parking is ample but all uncovered. Management is responsive when I have a complaint, and leaves me alone when I don't. There was a big flea problem when I moved in (even with new carpet and pad), but they sprayed the next day and I haven't seen a flea since. Showering can be an adventure because the temperature sometimes changes without warning, but I've managed to live with it. Most importantly, I feel safe here and that makes up for the small living area(600 sqft), inefficient floorplan, and slightly pricey rent (no utilities included).
