My entire experience at Kickingbird has been totally disastrous. Hot water does not flow well through the pipes, the carpet is laid poorly, the prep is laughable at best, the staff lacks concern for it's tenants. Any maintenance done to correct the problems is sole superficial. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Matter of fact save yourself time and frustration do not even look, please do not move here.
