We did like the quiet secluded wooded area when we moved in, and surprised that since this was a largely college complex, its been very quiet. Parking is hard after 7pm although in the summer its opened up not that many college kids here. Lighting is absolutely horrid, maintainence is slow to fix anything although they do get around to it eventually. Management staff is decent. We did have a small accident with the property management, our fault and our insurance did cover it, however manager decided to get even by not supplying our new place with rental history when asked over and over. Rent not that bad for edmond area and if your willing to resign lease early in year there would be no increase and even with month to month there would have only been a small increase. Water is responsibility of tennants and not sure how this is legal the way they do it by dividing water among every apt not just charging you for your own use. Recomended apt for college students, families should look elsewhere but not bad if this is your choice.
