Really seemed like i would love the place at first. We got the washer and dryer moved in and there was not adequate space for them, with the washer in place you could only open the dishwasher maybe 6 inches. Having to call the office for maintenance was a real pain. Faith, the girl at the office, although she sort of knew what she was talking about, she was rude and acted like she could care less. If she wasn't there, the guy that fills in for her has no clue what he was talking about. After living there for a while, being a college student, we would always have people over. Before we know it the guy 2 doors down is calling the office because a friend brought his dog over, the next morning we had an eviction threat from our friend Faith, without knowing the full story and without us actually violating any rules in our lease agreement. About a month later, one night after the bar, the nosey guy 2 doors down accuses us of being gang members (in edmond no less) and threatens to call the cops on us. If you decide to live in the townhouses of this apartment complex stay away from the 1800 building unless you want the super citizen in your business. During the summer our pool was never open because other tenants let their kids play in it during the cleaning day. I believe it's the staff's job to enforce the rules of the pool and if done so the pool would be open all summer. There's a keypad for an alarm in the apartment that would beep constantly during the day. With this fact, you'd think we had a security system. Two months before moving out a bunch of tweakers broke in with a crow bar and stole a wall tapestry, a wall clock, my skateboard, and had the xbox360 pulled out and unplugged. Thankfully they left us the crowbar.
