I don't know how much they had to pay the person to write the last review! Anyway, the two people listed in the last review are a joke! The "older lady" Cathy was not friendly and if Mike didn't hit on my roommate so much he might have been tolerable! The apartments are nice, but there is no balcony. You feel a little confined. The area is great and very convenient to I-35 and UCO. They are nice and well maintained. However, the fitness center needs major improvements for the $$$!
