It's a nice facility. Nice appliances, nice high ceiling apartments. The fitness center is ok, the pool and hot tub are nice, but it's WAY over-priced.

I live upstairs and my apartment gets unbearably warm in the summers. So naturally the electric bills are very high.

There is not enough parking, and when there is parking it's extremely tight. I've had to crawl in my passenger side many times. There are a ton of college kids who like to stay up late and get loud. When I first moved in two years ago there weren't many college kids, but now it seems to be full of them, and I've had to call in noise complaints at odd hours of the morning many times.

The biggest irritation I find is the great amounts of pet droppings all over. The grass in front of my apartment is dead because so many people let their dogs go there. Often times the poop rolls onto the sidewalk. It's disgusting, but no one seems to care enough to pick up after their pet.

Overall this place is just a lot of pretty buildings. Your money would be better spent on a house or a duplex.
