Poor Construction!!

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
I lived at Legacy Woods for 9 months and the whole time my electric bills were outrageous!! Also, the windows that have been installed in all the apartments LEAK! I was constantly having to clean dirt and mildew from my windows and the surrounding areas. I agree with the above comment about the "Looks Nice" part. If you decide to live here, be prepared for many headaches!!
