Parking is horrible, students have their friends over and they take over all the spaces with no openings for residents.
Here are some charges that were not disclosed to me in advance(was told about when I was signing the lease).
$75 - carpet cleaning charge mandatory when I leave.
$10 - monthly charge added to rent, for apt with "courtyard" view. there are no apts next to mine which is nice....but an extra charge for that WTF!
$45 - one time charge for trash pickup at the curb.
Pick an apt with no pets above or around you....sometimes it can get very noisy.
Cheap white laminate counter tops and cabinets stain, scratch and not easy to keep clean.
