The Legacy Woods management and maintenance is a joke! I lived on the first floor and the apartment above me flooded...which flooded my apartment as well. I recieved NO phone call informing me of this event and came home to a soaking wet apartment. I spent the whole night sopping up water in my kitchen and utility room and trying to dry out my carpet. I called the leasing office and asked them to send out the maintenance crew to vaccume the water out of my carpet...nobody came and I was forced to clean up a mess that I shouldn't have even had to lift a finger for. Also, my air conditioner went out and I had to have someone come over and "fix" it 3 times within 24 hours. They ghetto rigged it so I could have AC for the night and claimed they had to order a new part and they left the ceiling panell off. Three months later when I moved out the ceiling panell was still off and nobody had ever come back to replace the "ordered" part. What's the point of having a maintenance crew if they are unable and apparently under educated to fix even the tiniest thing' When I moved out the management claimed that new carpet had to be put in the apartment because of stains...THE STAINS WERE FROM MY APARTMENT BEING FLOODED!!! I would not suggest living in this apartment community. I have heard many other complaints about the management at Legacy Woods.
