They are generally rude. I am a little younger (20) but that is no excuse to talk to me like I am scum on the bottom of their shoes. Trash pick up is a joke. If you have too many trash bags they will not pick them up (which was not stated when we payed the trash pick up fee). central heat and air...not so central. master bed was heated and cooled properly but lacked in the other rooms. Multiple trips from "maintenance" to even ATTEMPT to fix something-generally our complaints were not even addressed. very expensive for such a small space. the layout of the roads in the apartment complex were dangerous, narrow, curvy, and with minimal visibility.
