Ok folks, I'm going to give it to you straight. Complex looks great from the outside. Pool is alright. Gated community, but the gates never work. Repair crew often slow to respond. Trash pickup is subpar. We had read some reviews on bad management skills before moving in, but simply disreguarded them. While we lived on the bottom level our apartment flooded and it simply wasn't an issue to them. Rain continued to fall and seep into and under the carpet. Again, their misconstrued promise to "take care of us" fell through and we ended up cleaning up water on our own. We were even forced to call the carpet repair service. Management simply put, is uneducated, and refuses to listen. They often seem more concerned about their lunchbreak and eating the paper on fruit roll-ups, than truly doing what they can for residents. Discrimination of age and sex are clearly present, as well as ignorance. Beware.
