Oxford oaks is a decent place to live. It is, however, a bit overpriced (as are all apartments in Edmond). I had a bit of a spider problem but everytime I asked them to spray they did. I know some people have had problems with the sewer backing up so that would be something to ask about before moving in. Other than that, it is a nice place to live.
