Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004

Our apartment was in the same condition as when we moved in, yet we did not get any of our deposit back. In fact, they charged us $195 extra! The walls are thin. You can hear just about everything your neighbors are doing. They claim to have a SWAT service if there are ever any problems such as noisy people in the parking lot, a party etc, but they NEVER came when I called. The electricity bills are SKY HIGH due to poor insulation.
