My husband and I have lived here since February of this year, and it has been great. We were a little sceptical at first since it's a college town, and we're not really into the whole college social scene. But it really hasn't been a problem.

The new office staff is great! We weren't too fond of the previous people, but the girls in the office now are always helpful if we ever need anything.

Overall, in our opionion it's the nicest affordable place to live in the metro area.
