I have lived in Oxford Oaks for about a year now. It's great for students going to UCO, but for anyone else, may not be the best choice. The parking was okay...The first few months I lived here the noise was not bad, but a 17 year old moved under me, so that makes it not so pleasant. They sit around and smoke and throw their beer cans everywhere. Oh well. I agree with the office staff, they pretty much suck. They are not helpful unless you sign a new lease with them...otherwise, don't bother talking to them. Good thing, I have always felt safe here. I agree with the person about the bugs...I have had some large cockroaches and lots and lots of flies, but no spiders. Also, my air conditioner broke THREE times...and they were not prompt to fix it. One day, it was 104 degrees outside. (good job maintainance) Anyway, it's alright, but not the best. It's good for a first apartment and for a limited time. That's about all I have to say about them.
