Don't bother calling the office to get any repairs done to your apartment because it won't happen. I had the light fixture short out in my closet and I called the office 3 times but to no avail. Finally after 3 months of no light I went to Lowes and fixed it myself. The thing that pissed me off the most about the apartment mgmt was that they changed the locks on my front door without notifying me. My downstairs neighbor was complaining of a leak in his apartment and they had to get into my apartment to fix the leak. They some how lost their key to my apartment, so they broke my lock and changed it with a new one. So I get home from work at midnight to find my door lock changed and it is 25 degrees outside. Luckily I was able to climb up to my balcony and crawl in the window. I called the office the next morning and they acted like it was no big deal and didn't even offer any apology for not calling me about the lock being changed. It's funny because within a month after that they some how found my phone # and called me twice to see if I was wanting to renew my lease. Don't think so.
