First, the only people who give this place a good review are the leasing agents who work there, and are trying to keep their jobs. My experience with Oxford Oaks was so horrible I broke my lease after just four months. The office staff was either never there, or too busy eating to help with any problems. The noise is unbearable, and the mangement does nothing to help. Their so called "courtesy cops" are nonexistent. I know this for a fact because I called them and acutally waited in my car to see if they came to the apartment I called them to....never came....ever. I think that the apartment complex rents cop cars from Edmond and just parks them there. There is always trash around the complex and ------ cars parked in the back that people live in. The trash people come about once a week, so hopefully your apartment doesnt face the dumpster. They charged us 400 in apartment damages when we left, all were untrue. Dont plan on getting anything fixed either... it took 2 months to get my oven filter changed so I had to deal with metal shards in my food. DONT LIVE HERE. These people like to screw college students.

Funny... how the leasing contract is so awful to you. Since you signed it and all. ...Saying that you 'understand and agree' to all the terms and conditions. Maybe you just shouldn't have signed it.

I agree with everything you said. I think Oxford Oaks has the most unprofessional and immature staff members I've ever had to deal with. They act like they are all 12 years old. They have hated me ever since I wrote my review.
