I am a resident of Oxfard Oaks Apartments and have been for 3 consecutive years. I have been well pleased with their level of customer service. Whenever a maintenance problem occurs,my work order is submitted and someone from their staff is there to take care of the situation in a timely fashion. It was only 3 months past moving into the apartment and I am STILL dealing with a damaged ceiling, their roofing crew finally came and repaired my building after the heavy rainfall in June and My AC went out 4 consecutive times in less than 3 months and my electric bills went through the damaged roof. Their maintenance crew is slow and can take a week for them to show. If it's the dead heat of summer, living upstairs in 90 deg. weather is completely unacceptable. I finally had to threaten to take them to court for compensation for them to come out and repair my AC. They came out the next day to repair it AGAIN.. it has been another 3 months and what do you know, it finally works.

I think this persons personal attacks on the staff are removable. I don't know why this person feels the need to make personal comments on the physical attributes of the staff members on this property.

I am looking for an apartment to rent pretty soon and have read tons and TONS of reviews. I have come to the same conclusion as PUNK, this has to be a staff member. No apartments anywhere deserve "5" rating. Try to be a little more realistic when you're rating the apartments that you work for, and at least rate a 3 or 4.....and don't feel bad that we're calling you out. Staff members at all of the apartments do the same thing. Just don't do like some other apartments in Edmond and cut and paste your ratings to other sites....

STAFF MEMBERS ARE THE ONLY ONES WHO WOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WITH PERSONAL ATTACKS MADE ON THIS SITE. STOP MAKING FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS AND IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES. YOU AREN'T FOOLING ANYONE. Fake reviews violate FTC 255.0-255.5 !
