I've lived here for 2 years and don't have any complaints. The outside always looks nice and the guys that work outside picking up the trash are very friendly. For the most part it is very quite except for your occasional college party which you have to expect in a college town. The management has done a very good job on making sure all my needs are met. I would recommend these apartments.

LIES! this is a review from a person who works in the front office AND lives at oxford oaks. don't you guys have something better to do? like...oh, fixing the dangerously hot temperature in the gym. someone could faint or even die! just think, it could ruin the equipment and cause some mighty bad publicity! i already asked you guys once, but nothing was done.

Not only the heat in the gym, but maybe putting some water in the pool or hot tub. The pool and hot tub at the back entrance were empty or absolutely disgusting all year long last year. Not to mention my AC that they didn't replace the filter on for my entire lease that finally busted. Oh and also the fact that they try to charge you for every little thing. They don't let you pay online or with cash. Not only that, but if you're even a day late with rent they make you pay with cashiers check or money order, THEN they still tack on an extra fee. The insulation is awful, the neighbors water can be heard throughout the apt and my apt was "robbed" but somehow someone got in without breaking the lock...thats all I got.
