This place is gross. Stagnant water, water leaks, loud parties, lots of drug problems...if you look this apartment up on the internet (under its current name AND it's former name....brentwood) you can find several articles on car burglaries and vandalism ($2000 worth of damage to my car), rapes, robberies, drug issues, etc. Management was not attentive to security issues, were passive and even defensive and basically a big pain to deal with. After hearing noises in my attic and calling the police, the officers (who said they were very familiar with this complex) said my apartment used to be a drug house, they remembered the bust a few years back very well. I had a raccoon living in my attic and urine stains on the ceiling from it, so my apartment smelled like pee all the time. My air conditioner never worked either so it ran constantly, making my electric bill about $130 a month for a 800 square foot apartment. for $430 a month, this place wasn't worth it. BE SAFE!! live somewhere else.
