It was bad when we first moved in. They didn't paint or clean, all they did was have the carpets shampooed. Even though they told us it would be nice carpet. My apartment is never warm so the bill is very high. But for the price in edmond its not so bad. The maintenance is pretty good and nice. The leasing agents are so nice and helpful.
