There are better apartments.

Run down; not well maintained.

We've had multiple problems with leaks.
First, our upstairs neighbor's hot water heater started leaking. Then, the pipes burst in the apartment next to us. After that, the water heater in our apartment started leaking. Everything gets repaired relatively quickly, though.
