This apartment complexs sux D*%$ the managment is run by a bunch of drunks they can easily be seen at the local pub if you need to see for your self. They have a habit of screwing over long time lease holders and you better keep every recipt or be sued. They Have no care about the saftey of the complex. examples include balconys that are death traps and beautiful sparking of electric curents and dont forget if one of these shocks damages your new big screen all you will hear is sorry will send maintnence over. which dosent happen for at least 2 weeks but overall :) Id really rather live in a card board box in seattle during april.
