Apt. Flooded Twice in Two Days!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
I lived here two weeks and my apartment flooded twice in two days. From the floor and the ceiling! The apartment tried to tell me that this had never happened before, but the wood under the carpet was BLACK with mildew. They were also unwilling to put me in another apartment or pay for another place to stay while it was fixed. Later, after I moved to a new home. Someone saw my parking sticker and asked me if I lived at "Spring a Leak" apartments.
