Not a highly maintained apartment complex.

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
Excessive water leaks from rain and plumbing. Bad wasp infestation in apt. from chimneys, heaters are old and worn out, causing low heater output. Maintenance is not thorough with trash cleanup on their jobs. Gas was added as a bill halfway through the lease with a one week notice and no physical statement on paper. Management is argumenative, and passive. Apartments are, however, spacious and decently composed.
