hi, i ALMOST lived here.. my friend had an apartment reserved for a certain date, but one opened sooner so she took that one and asked if i could take over her spot to move into the other one.. we're from tulsa right so we know nothing about the area, and we're niave 18 year olds.. which they totally took advantage of.. i stayed with my friend until my apartment was to be open.. and after a month.. my friend decided to break lease.. and i decided to not move in at all. reasons being, the guy next door always had his music up so loud we could hear it while in the shower and vaccuming at the same time, next a raccoon the size of a bear cub was residing in the crawl space above the attack.. poop ALL over the place.. we thought a person was up there since they managers had told us they had problems with guys crawling up and drilling peep holes in the ceilings.. so we called the cops.. they went up and saw the raccoon along with a note from a fellow cop that was informing the old residents that their drugs had been taken to the police station... nice all around people! she had a major fly infestation, it was disguting.. all the apartment people did was hang up some fly paper...my friends car got keyed and apparently the girl that lived there before got raped by someone that broke into her apartment.. so they put a nifty little stick locking thing on the patio door.. classy, it was NASTINESS everywhere.. when i said i wasnt moving in they refused to give me my deposit back even though i had never even set foot in my potential apartment... total rip off.. i was so young that i didnt try harder to get my money... please dont live here.
