sick nasty. managers are rude, classless individuals that need to hit a treadmill and pop some midol...followed by prozac. loud parties every night til 3 or 4am, kfc and dominos quit delivering here because 3 times their drivers have been held up at gunpoint in the parking lot. my car was vandalized, NOT broken into, just *vandalized* and damages were $2500.when i told management about it so i could make a police report they got panicky and paranoid and insisted it wasn't them because they don't even live on site...what the hell' makes you wonder why they would think i was accusing them...guilty conscience cough cough.
i was offered meth and weed when walking to the pool. the guy next door to me was an illegal immigrant whose mexican hat dance music was on so loud that the glass in my coffee tables vibrated with the bass. management openly acknowledged problem with men getting into the communal building attics and drilling holes in the ceilings to watch girls shower. there were crap and urine stains on my ceiling from the raccoons in the attic. my ac didn't work the first 2 weeks i lived there and there were no security lights at all, had to use a flashlight at night to get to my front door. girl in my building was raped at knifepoint, security lights still not put in, some bs excuse was offered about upgrading, but nothing was ever done in the 3 months i lived there, and it's still pitch black there today. buildings all had fly infestation, again from the mass amounts of rat and raccoon poop, and all management did was give us fly paper despite maintenance telling them it wasn't going to be sufficient. i had stains on my carpet when i moved in and they actually had the nerve to tell me to clean them up myself if i didn't want them there. my neighbors car got broken into EIGHT TIMES in the year he lived there.
watch out for michelle, if she's still there, she's a real biitch. leslie is somewhat reasonable but still a horrible manager and thoroughly psychotic, and michelle kisses her ass like there's no tomorrow.

This person is an idiot! And his version of things are obviously not believeable. This site should be shut down for allowing dorks like this to post comments that are aimed at character assassinations. This site is for ( Apartment ratings ) and is anything but that.These fine women i have known from living here for 8 years. The fact they would themselves never talk about someone as this idiot did places them way above this fool in the ladder of life. THIS SITE SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED FOR ANYTHING! IT IS WAY OUT OF CONTROL !
