AN OLDER APARTMENT WITH WEIRD FLOOR PLANS. A BUNCH OF COLLEGE STUDENTS PARTY ON WEEKENDS, DRIVE RECKLESSLY IN THE COMPLEX. THE GROUNDS ARE NASTY, MAINTENANCE IS SLOW, THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT HELP YOU WITH ANYTHING. IF YOU HAVE KIDS, WATCH THEM, THERE ARE PERVERTS EVERYWHERE. THE POOL IS SO SMALL THAT YOU CAN ONLY WADE IN IT, THE LAUNDRY FACILITY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY. THE APARTMENTS ARE SO CLOSE YOU CAN HEAR PEOPLE IN THE OTHER APARTMENT USE THE TOLIET.
