this place is awful. management is pathetic. i've been trying to file reports with city. thw owner says he wont fix anything major because he is trying to sell property. owners name is Bob Nichols at First Pacific investments. all renters should report unsafe conditions to the city, media, lawyers, and anybody else that will listen.

What I can't understand is why nobody will listen!!!!! People should start posting pictures of all the problems with their unit.

I got a nice unit when i moved in. however i didnot move-in with my eyes closed!
