I've lived there 3 times and its all good except for the prices

the prices might be a little high for what your reall getting but they are usually pretty nice apartments they are in a nice location right across from the school, which I can admit that getting out of there gets pretty difficult but other than that if you a new adult of teen or still in your college days then spring creek is for you there are always tons of partys and you can make alot of friends however there isnt a lot of noise like everyone says so yeah...to all the people out there ya'll are just haters
