To all these young, immature, uneducated residents. NO ONE twisted your arm to move into a property that is 30 plus years old, NO ONE. You opted to move in here, you can't beat the footage for the price in Edmond. If you did do your "homework" you have no one to blame but yourself.

You constantly complain, but yet you knew what you were getting'' Go figure !!!!!

Most of you have NO IDEA what is entailed in the purchase of a multi-million dollar project, to use to being taken care of by Mom and Dad, and truly shouldn't have graduated from high school without some idea of how the REAL world operates.

Call the Edmond PD if you have such serious problems, they'll take care of ya, or do YOU have something to hide'''''''''''

Mr Sense made a choice and it was to live here. And it makes sense because the squarefootage is awesome. Mr sense has his own little mansion right here at springcreek. I'm not complaining--I'm not ! complaining

Yeah, the good old Edmond PD will take care of all of your problems. Like having your car broken into in the middle of the night... they sure fixed that one for me. Got nothing back, no hide or hair of anything stolen. I'm sure the PD will also take care of the broken water main next to my bedroom that flooded everything I owned... Or the leak from the upstairs bathroom into our LIGHT FIXTURE in the laundry area.... That one took a few weeks to fix. Luckliy no one got shocked. Or the broken pipe in my bathroom that completely disabled shower use... they told me the quickest possible fix would be two weeks. That Edmond police department has really helped me out with all of these issues... And YES, I did call them after the car break-in. And as far as moving out if I don't like it... I DID. And they made off with as much of my deposit as they could possibly get away with. The office lied to me on two different occassions about "not having" my refund check... when they did. And then the check was almost expired by the time they WOULD give it to me. It's a fantastic place to live. Safe, friendly, honest, and they have a great maintenance crew. Oh wait, no. It's none of those things. I'd probably live out of my car before I'd move back into that hole.
