This new Camillie person is a nut. She is very rude, She fired one of the best employees they had over nothing, "personal life". I think its sad, I think there is too much construction. Leaks everywhere, alot of my neighbors are moving out at the end of the lease because leslie is gone. When it rains hard you need a boat, raincoat and waders. This place is a dump. They think they're helping it and they aren't. They laid off another good emplyee named christie. Those where 2 of my favorite people to work with. Now I dont know anyone and camillie is rude. I'm breaking my lease asap.
I wish they never would have gotten bought out. Atleast the last owners took care of their employees. the office is always locked so when i go to pay my rent there is no door slot. Because their office is based out of an apartment. I know they wont be keeping very many more people. They are racist. And they hate pit bulls. They make all of these promises and never follow through with them. And I dont complain much, only when my a\c goes out which is allllll the time. and floods. I dont recommend this place yeah its a connvient location, but too many internal problems. People will be dropping like flies you hide and watch. and camille eat a big green one.

The only people that dont like the changes and new management are the trash like you that they need to get rid of. The new management has only been there since February, give the people a chance to fix the ---- hole up, they are only trying to help. So unhappy then pack your ---- and get out!!!!

I completely agree with this review. The office staff is poor, the management is pathetic. The only ones there that do anything are the maintainence. But there are only so many of them. I worked as their grounds keeper for a few months and i kept the place clean during the renovations. But they fired me for "not weeding the flower bed" because i was busy picking up nails, glass, and other harmful objects out of the parking lot and sidewalks. Change is good but the way Spring Creek is going about it isn't the right way. The whole complex needs to be vacated then torn down completely and rebuilt otherwise what they're doing is meaningless.

It's you that don't know Camille she a A hole and she's very rude. The whole office is very prejiduce and they have no place for our kids to play. We have been asking them for a playground and they said that it's not going to happen. Now they have the pool open and they mess with our kids if there in there and Camille close the pool all the time just because she's pissed off at something. She is not a good manager and yes she has fired everyone that gets in her way. I've been at SpringCreek for five years and I do like the remodling until one of the new people that moved in said that her new apartment has moled already. There just covering over not fixing up, when my lease it up I am moving because for what I will pay there when I move into a new apartment I can buy a house.

Does it not seem strange that these counter attacks are probably coming from the staff themselves? And look how terribly trashy they sound. Please add some professionalism to your agenda. I have lived in Spring Creek for nearly four years and the service has plummeted since the beginning of the remodel. The staff are condescending and rude, and forget that they are offering a paid service, not a charity. If you want anything done you need to go much higher up in the food chain, and don't be afraid to, even if they try to scare you off. The regional manager is very pleasant and helpful. As stated in earlier posts, its clear that the original rent payments were low enough to where you made the choice to put up with mediocre conditions. I was receiving better service when the rent was lower. Now i pay rent equivalent to that of a three bedroom house nearby and I receive comparatively horrendous service. I am paying for every penny of school and every penny of my bills, and always have, so comments about "rich Edmond kids" are irrelevant here. Perhaps if the staff focused more on renovating their service rather than making trashy comments on this page things would operate much more smoothly at Spring Creek.
