The only thing going very well at all is the siding project because the contractor rocks. Every time it rains it pours. INSIDE! We are promptly moving out this coming Monday. The owner is clearly out of his mind to fire their first (very efficient) grounds-keeper because the flowers were not weeded well enough. Wtf' At least he cared about getting glass and harmful objects from re-construction off the premises. I understand it takes time to get things in order, but they could have at least moved us on the lower floors to upstairs units. THEN we wouldn't have complained about flooding. The smell is almost un-bearable!

That Groundsman was a Joker ! Come on there was trash in front of my door all the time. He would always walk by it with his phone to his ear. He always had a phone to his ear. I really do not know why they fired him,I'm guessen it's because he had a ear that was infected with a phone ?
