This is an apartment complex run by a local family that has there mother managing the complex. She could care less about maintenance concerns and acts like that of the "Soup Natzi" on Seinfeld. The A/C and water pressure is also terrible. Like taking a shower under a dripping faucet. So don't even think about moving here unless you want to fix everything in the apartment yourself. Stay clear of this place and be warned.

I like these apartments.. everything I ask of them to fix they fix that day with no problems at all. so do look into them they are good.
