This apartment complex is not worth it. When I moved in from the time I moved out...only 6 month time period...I filled out so many complaint forms. When I first moved in I went nearly two weeks without a stove. It took them a week to get me the drip pans, then another week to figure out why my stove wasn't working and it was only a flipped breaker. Then, my door lock started to mess up. I verbally told them, and also filled out a work order that it needed to be fixed. After about two weeks I filled out a complaint form. Finally, it took me to get locked in my apartment for me to call Emergency Maintenance, so they could tell me how to remove my door lock. Oh, let me tell you how safe I felt there with just a deadbolt. They do not keep the pool clean either. I moved in the summer time and I would not have touched that pool. The laundry area is disgusting. Now, they are increasing the rent 50.00 (395 to 445)and making you now pay your water. The apartments are not worth what I am paying now because the living area is not lighted. It was built when they still used oil lamps! I am so glad my lease expired, I would definately choose to live elsewhere if I had it to do over again. I also do not like it that the parking lot is NOT LIGHTED. It didn't make me feel very safe.
