STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Have been here since 2007, and been wasting money in rent.

Not worth the money.

Apartments are total electric, and totally NOT energy-efficient.

Heaters are base-board heaters from the stone age.

There is no thermostats for them, so winter heating bills range from $90-$190 a month (if you keep them way, way down).One window air conditioner to cool the whole place, not very efficient maintenance.

On our third owners since been here.

Place is going to the dogs.
