Since living here, this place has seen many changes in management. So far, the complex has only went down here. It's gotten more expensive to live here, but the quality of management has only gotten worse. Multiple changes in management meant multiple changes in rental due dates and late fees without any indication to the tenants of the changes. Pay the rent on the first or suffer a $50 late fee. There's no room for leniency. The worst part about living here are the units themselves. One window unit taped to cheap ducts is expected to adequately cool the entire apartment. If you're like every other tenant here, you'll have your own window unit installed to make up for the crappy cooling. Electric bills become rather expensive as a result. Baseboard heating may be more economical, but it's an issue with pets and kids. You'll also find that multiple times a month, maybe even every week, the water will be turned off randomly without warning. This is an issue if you're planning to shower before work or if you're in the middle of cooking. On average, the water will go off for at least a couple of hours. I'm guessing they are working on the water, but I'd think it would be fixed by now. The pool seems to rarely be open during the summer. So don't count on enjoying that feature. There is an issue with noisy neighbors. There are always a lot of unsupervised children running around and sometimes trying to come into your apartment. You're lucky if you get a parking spot near your unit. The laundry facility usually has a few broken machines which never seem to get fixed. The laundry room usually closes pretty early, which can sometimes be a problem. The manager can sometimes be difficult catch in her office. She also tends to be a bit rude. Overall, avoid this place. The price of rent isn't at all worth it and you could find much better at that price.
