Very Happy

I have been at these apartments for just about a month. Every day since then has been enjoyable. I am very happy I moved into these apartments. They are the best I have lived in since I first started a few years ago.

The office staff is very, very helpful and friendly. From the time I reserved my apartment 3 months in advance to today they have done everything they can to answer any questions I have had, and fix any problems that have come up. When I moved in and did my checklist for everything that was wrong they were there that next day fixing the problems I marked off, and were fixed the first time. They then check up on the problem to make sure the problem is fixed.

The maintenance man is very personable and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and fixes it right the first time. He does not wait around to fix something, when you place a work order with the office he is there by the next day if it is not an emergency. When it is he is out there ASAP, or within the hour if it is an after hours emergency.

The apartments are very nice and built well. I am happy with how they look. They do not look or feel cheap when you are there. The 1 bedroom is very spacious, and I love my fireplace. The apartments flow is wonderful, its not clunky or poorly designed making it hard to arrange furniture or awkward to walk around in. There is plenty of room. The noise is small to minimal. Yes there is some noise from the person that lives above me, but someone lives above me its going to bang and knock sometimes. The only noise you can hear is the persons washer and dryer running because it is right above you. Even then you can just shut the bathroom door, and you wont hear it at all (the same for your washer and dryer).

The grounds are very pretty. They are new so the trees are small, but that will change with time. There is never any trash around it is kept very clean.

The only negative thing I have to say is the parking around my building. There are not enough spots for the area I live in. There are plenty of spots further in the complex but everyone parks down to this corner. Sometimes its a problem if you are coming home late (after 8-9pm). Other than that it is fine.

Before I moved in I read that ladies site about them evicting her because she made complaints about noise. I find that very hard to believe. There has to be much more to this story. You would not be evicted unless something serious happened, or you didnt pay rent on time. Granted she could have had very annoying neighbors I will give her the benefit of the doubt, but there are two sides to every story, and she is only telling hers. All of her complaints are 100% not true.

I am very happy I moved here and plan on living here for a long time.

You haven't lived there long enough to know what you are talking about. I am the one they "evicted" because I filed a noise complaint. You are welcome to contact me and I will tell you EVERY LAST DETAIL. My rent was NEVER late once, not even by one day! I am 36 years old, I lived alone, I never made a peep, and I was a PERFECT tenant. I never knew what the "real story" was either, which is why I was so mad. Trust me, the story is "100% true" and I was as floored and confused by it as you are. Go to www.TheVillasAtStonebridge.com and read about it. I am not the only tenant Case has asked to leave for complaining about noise. Anyone who's lived on a Case property for any length of time can tell you how shady this company is. (You wouldn't happen to be another of Case's employees trying to balance these reviews with a fake positive again, now would you? They have been caught doing that more than once. I find it interesting that here is yet ANOTHER person directly replying to MY review and ONLY my reivew. Case has been following me around, stalking my Web site, and scrambling to cover their a$$es since this whole thing happened. Case in point: you say "I will give her the benefit of the doubt" and then you say "her complaints are not true." A little contradictory, isn't it???) Here's a new site for ya, Case & ASSociatiates: www.myspace.com/TheVillasAtStonebridge

Actually...I still live here and i'm still happy. I have no problems with the staff...they do everything they can to help me. Anything I need they are just a phone call or a short walk away. Whatever I need fixed is fixed within 1-2 days (usually the same day). I have no problems with noisy neighbors..if I did I would talk to them myself rather than complaining to the staff (unless it was repeating). I do not know why you had so many problems here. This is the third complex I have lived in, and I do not want to move anywhere else unless it is into my own home.

I am not an employee of Case (I just have a life to attend to rather than stalking apartmentratings.com waiting for someone to reply ). If I hated this place I would say it, but I don't. I enjoy living here and will be here for a long time.

Well I live at a former Case and Ass. property for the last five years and I happen to be a former Case and Ass. employee and the company is not shady at all. Now it's possible that management at each property handle situations differently. Case is very successful at property management, they are based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. I left Case for an opportunity to manage a large property in NW OKC and it's a mess. I would happily go back to work with Case and Associates anytime. They follow best practices for their tenants from what I can see. Normally there is more to the story when someone is evicted. That tenant always blames the management company for their issues and the Oklahoma Landlord Tenant Act protects less saavvy and lower income apartment dwellers from being abused... Evictions are costly to the management company in most cases and lower the occupancy for the property and maintaining high occupancy is what determines profitability.
