I've lived here for a while now and love it. My apartment is spacious and has a very home-y feel. I will say that the first time we went to see the model, the agent was quite snobby, but ever since then has been absolutley wonderful to work with (even before we signed a lease)...
Maint. is awesome. They have 1 maintenance man and he is there within a day of when you place the request. I think the apartments are very well built.
I can hear the people above me sometimes, but they have wood floors...it is an apartment, you will always hear the people around you somewhat.
Parking is pretty bad, but i can deal with it since I love everything else.
