The apartments are nice and roomy. The apartment was extremely clean when we moved in. Overall the staff is nice but not always the most knowledgable. They cannot directly change anything because the owners are not in the area. The most you can do is write a complaint "suggestion" and wait a couple of months for a reply. As for the maintenance, they are good. There are only 2 things that I have a problems with. When we have snow, they do not do anything to the parking lots... which is quite dangerous. Parking is kindof tight, and when there is ice on the ground, you have to be real careful or you will back into someone. I just feel that if I'm paying over $700 a month $35 a month in water (which is not all aquired by me) then they can afford to try to make the parking lot safer by plowing it or at least putting sand on it. Anyways, there were many days that the parking lot was not safe and they did nothing about it. The only other thing that I do not like about these apartments is how they divide the water bill. They accumulate the total that everyone uses and with a few calculations divide the bill across all of the occupents... so if you happen to not use water for a month, you still get a water bill of at least $35-$45 which includes a fee for their calculations. Ok, one more negative thing. The floors between apartments are not soundproof. We constantly hear the stereo and the dog and their walking/jumping above our heads. Most of the people living in these apartments are college students, which could be a good or a bad thing depending on your view. They are a little noisy at times but usually nice. Ok, now for a few more good things about these apartments. If you are going to Oklahoma Christian University, it is literally a 5 minute drive to school. Very nice and convinient. The apartments are pretty well insulated, so I can't complain of a high electric bill.

Overall, I've been satisfied. Other than the fact that they are a little noisy, the parkinglot has a few issues, and they overcharge you on water, they are nice, comfy apartments.
