Yes they are beautiful and new. The view of the lake is awsome! But, they will screw you for every dime you have whether you pay your rent on time or not. NOTHING is free here. They gripe at you once a month to pick up after your animals and how bad the animal waste is on the sidewalk when indeed it is duck waste. Their beautiful "24-hour a day work out facility" can only be accessed when the leasing agents are in the office. The detached garages are an extra fee on top of already high rent and the "security guard" sure did a good job of keeping the noise and partying to a minimum, since the whole year and a half I lived there I never saw one! This place is a haux and a money scam. Don't admit to them you have a pet or you will automatically have to pay for carpet repalcement even if you swear and know for a fact that your animal didn't have any accidents. Also, you will never be able to park in front of your own building because they don't have any rules about "friends" not parking facing the building. If you want to live under survalence please by all means, move in here!

First of all, it is called a "24 hr" fitness center for a reason, which requires a CODE to get into...of course you would know this if you had just asked for it. I did during my stay. And whenever I was apartment searching I never once found a place that didn't charge extra for any sort of assigned parking. I was on a waiting list for a long time and was told it was because they were full. There is a reason for that. I have loved my living experience there and have referred friends to live there. I am glad that they ask for residents to pick up their pets' messes because it keeps the smell from coming in my open windows during the summer heat. Also, I can avoid having to worry about stepping in it as I walk to my car, which I never had to park as far away as you have stated you did. And the security aren't supposed to be seen in cop cars so that no one knows who they are so they can catch people doing wrong. Hopefully, you have found somewhere where you are satisfied living, but I highly doubt you have found anything as nice as here. I recommend this complex all the time and will continue to do so. And "survalence" is properly spelled "Surveillance".
